1.Who We Are

Daibot is operated by Shenzhen Zhiju Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd., a smart mobility solutions provider. We offer drop shipping and OEM/ODM services, with overseas warehouses in the U.S., Germany, Poland, UK, Australia, and Russia.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout using our accepted methods.

3. Warranty

Motor, battery, frame, controller, charger: 12-month warranty. Other parts: 6-month warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Intellectual Property

 All site content, including logos, text, and product designs, belongs to Daibot. You may not copy or use our content without permission.

5. Liability

Daibot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
