1.Company Info

 Daibot is operated by Shenzhen Zhiju Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen-based smart mobility solutions provider.

2. Assembly & Safety

 Products are shipped in CKD/SKD form. Buyers must assemble them properly using our video guide. Improper assembly/use is at your own risk.

3. Warranty

Motor, battery, frame, controller, charger: 12 months. Other parts: 6 months. Warranty excludes misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear.

4. Liability

 Our total liability is limited to the product purchase price. We are not liable for indirect damages.

5. IP & Law
