Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Daibot. Please check our return and refund policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
Full refund is available if you cancel the order before shipment.
Once shipped with tracking number provided, order cancellation is not allowed; please apply for return instead.
2. Return Rules
Return request must be made within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, unassembled, with original packaging, accessories and manuals complete.Used, assembled, damaged or incomplete goods are not returnable.
CKD/SKD unassembled models must be returned in unopened original package. Assembled products are not accepted for return.
3. Return Process
Contact our support: daibotservice@hotmail.com  , provide order number, product photos/videos and return reason.
We will review and reply with return instructions within 2 working days.
Do not send returns without our approval.
4. Shipping Cost
Our fault (wrong item, factory defect): We cover return shipping and offer prepaid label.
Personal reason return: Buyer bears all return freight, import duties and related fees. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We suggest using trackable shipping; we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels in transit.
5. Refund Arrangement
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the result.
Approved refunds will be processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if the item is not resalable.
6. Warranty
Motor, battery, frame, controller and charger: 12-month warranty.
Other accessories: 6-month warranty.
For defective items within warranty, please send us photos/videos. We offer parts replacement, repair or full refund as appropriate.
7. Exceptions
Clearance, final sale and customized items are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
We do not accept returns caused by wrong assembly, improper use or normal wear and tear.
